Branding & Sustainable Gift Set Packaging Project
This project marks the culmination of my BA (Hons) Design Communication Degree at Sunway University. I delved into the topic of "Designing Chinese Gift Sets Sustainably" in my research paper, and from that, I've developed a Chinese New Year branding and eco-friendly gift set packaging project.
Within this project, I propose a fresh perspective on designing Chinese Gift Set Packagings through a unique tea table concept. This gift set is crafted as a versatile tea table with a unique twist—it's not just a one-time package. Instead, it's designed for reuse, serving not only as a storage solution but also as a functional tea table. Adding an extra layer of cultural charm, the top of the table features a Chinese chess board, combining aesthetics with practicality in a thoughtful and engaging manner.
In essence, my Final Year Project aims to showcase how design can blend seamlessly with eco-friendly practices, offering a glimpse into the future of Chinese gift set packaging.
